Rift Shinies

So, is there a coincide between Patch 1.9 coming out and Rift Shinies being overdue to release episode 9?  Yes!  I have been thoroughly enjoying it...I love Conquest, Summerfest, the Mentoring program, and the new Instant Adventures!  I've been having such a blast playing.  Well, let's get into some news!
